'WATER IS LIFE'
Typhoid Fever, Cholera and Diarrhea are major killers in Sierra Leone, West Africa, because most people do not have access to clean water. The ZCD Foundation's goal is to bring clean water to each village so we can eradicate this problem. Currently about 1/3 of all children under 5 die because of water related diseases. One water well alone can provide clean and safe water for 450 people. One of ZCD's many goals is to provide all households with safe and clean drinking water. Clean water is the integral part of the structural improvement of the lives of the less privileged in this world.

Welcome to our website   The ZCD Foundation will work to partner with relevant domestic and international organizations and philanthropists who share a common development agenda with shared ideas and core values to meaningfully participate in the development of the less privileged in remote communities in developing countries.   Our Mission ZCD Foundation (Zainab Community Development) is a not for profit 501(c)(3) organization founded exclusively for charitable and educational purposes. Our focus will be to alleviate the suffering of the poor by improving living conditions in the areas of housing, water and sanitation, education, labor, employment training, agriculture and small farms, health, physical, emotional and sexual abuse. Our Vision ZCD Foundation envisions empowering communities in which people live with dignity, unity, sustained healthy and secured environments, while engaging in sustainable livelihood and development opportunities.
